whatth3fuckyo asked: are white ink tattoos actually white ink, or is it just scraping the skin? and if it is white ink, does it glow under blacklight?
A white ink tattoo is white ink.
The ink is normally used for highlighting greyscale, and full colour tattoos. But because it is a tattoo ink it can be used on it’s own.
White ink itself does not glow under a blacklight. Only UV ink will react that way.
